• Send the notice to the newspaper for publication
• Post the notice as required by law

All these services are available to your form when you choose our publishing company to place your legal notices.  We call the referee, schedule the sale, and attend it.  We follow up on all our ads and make sure that all affidavits are provided quickly so they are in your possession to file the Referee's Report fifteen days following the sale.  We will prepare the time consuming letters notifying the defendants of the sale, and the letter to the referee confirming the date, time, and place of the sale.  You provide us with the sale papers and bid and we will attend the sale on your behalf and return the signed documents to you overnight delivery.
